The cost of the retreat:

7 NIGHTS  -  £1300 for a shared or double occupancy per person 

7 NIGHTS  -  £1500 for a single occupancy room

​

To reserve a place there is a £300 non-refundable deposit. The total amount will need to be paid by 28th August 2025 and can be contributed to in 2 instalments.

What is included in the retreat 

 

• Accommodation for 7 nights in beautiful luxury villas with views across the sea.

• Daily Pilates for an hour in the morning. This is for all levels of ability including beginners.

• Daily Mindfulness Meditation as the sun drops and the air cools. Learn what mindfulness is all about and how to use it in your own life to relieve stress and anxiety.

• Walking in the beautiful mountains and to a hidden beach

• Play the Miracle Choice game to help guide you to your dreams and aspirations.

• Personal gratitude journal and guidance on how to find thankfulness in daily life.

• Delicious freshly prepared and cooked meals: Breakfast/lunch/dinner.

• Beach towels supplied. 

• Complimentary snacks and drinks.

• Return transfer from Preveza Airport to the accommodations, depending on times.

 

What is not included 

 

• Return flights to Preveza airport in Greece from your airport of choice. 

• Transfer if times/dates do not coincide with the arranged flights.

• Two meals in restaurants(optional).

• Any extra therapies: beauty treatments etc.

• Paddleboarding/sailing/windsurfing/motorboat hire.

• Any alcoholic beverages, ice-creams etc.

 

This is a fully-inclusive retreat and you can turn up and pay nothing more. It is up to you whether you eat out, have the therapies or join in the day trips and there is no pressure either way.

Outbound - Easyjet flight EZY8249 from Gatwick to Preveza departing at 09.25 arriving at 14.45

Inbound - Easyjet flight EZY8250 from Preveza to Gatwick departing at 15.25 arriving at 17.00

The transfer time from the airport to the village is 45 minutes. If your flight does not fit in with these times, taxis are available from the airport for around 50 - 60 euros.
