Surrounded by nature, you will enjoy the tastes of Greek cuisine, take trips to gorgeous local beaches and walk to the famous waterfalls. I have hand-picked the most beautiful restaurants to eat in, pretty walks to enjoy and there will also be days of relaxing at our villa, where you can read a book, write, sit and contemplate the distant islands, whatever fulfills your heart.

healthy authentic communication, mindfulness meditations to de-stress your mind, a workshop to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be, thought provoking journaling, building a toned, elegant body, embracing what is most important to you and aligning with your wiser self.
PILATES
Connecting into your body as it moves, breathes and stretches will lead to mental ease and a sense of wellbeing. There are always modifications for the exercises making Pilates available for anyone from beginner to advanced.
MINDFULNESS
Add mindfulness exercises like walking, sitting and body meditations that create calm and stable clarity of thought. Meditation is like having a 2 second rule before reacting and learning to respond instead. That one thing is life-changing.
BREATHWORK
Learn breathwork to clarify and settle into your inner anchor of strength and gratitude.
You take your breath with you wherever you go and it can be used when anxiety, fear, stress or negative emotions take over.
ACCOMODATION
Our beautiful villa has become a huge favourite with the guests. Every bedroom faces the sea and has its own balcony or patio. There is a gorgeous day bed in the grounds and a meditation shala both are for chilling and taking in the stunning views. It is your base to grow and flourish. The villa is within walking distance of the most delightful Greek village with a cafe in the square and little cottages doted here and there shrouded in glorious bougainvillea.

The Cost of the Retreat
£999 For a shared or double room occupancy (per person)
£1,199 for a single room occupancy (per person)
To reserve a place there is a £300 non-refundable deposit. The total amount will need to be paid by 6th September 2024 (payment plans can be arranged)
What is Included in the Retreat:

Accommodation for 7 nights in a villa with views across the sea to the mainland and islands.

Daily Pilates around the pool. This is for all levels of ability including beginner.

Daily Mindfulness Meditation as the sun drops and the air cools. Learn what mindfulness is all about and how to use it in your own life to relieve stress and anxiety.

Play the Miracle Choice Game and gain personal insights that help you to find positive direction to your deepest dreams and goals.

Connect with your fellow guests for a special group exercise in creating the future you would like.

Start a daily gratitude journal and join a group discussion throughout the week.

Delicious freshly prepared and cooked meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Trip to the beautiful local waterfalls

Day at the beach and swim in the calm, warm, blue Ionian sea.

Return transfer from Preveza Airport to the villas, depending on times. Check below for flight times.
What is Not Included in the Retreat:

International flights to Preveza airport in Greece.

Transfer if times/dates do not coincide with the arranged flights.

Two meals out in a local restaurant - optional

Massage therapies

Sailing trip to an island with lunch, snorkelling and swimming.

Any alcoholic beverages, ice creams etc.

Paddleboarding/sailing/windsurfing/motorboat hire.
This is a fully-inclusive retreat and you can turn up and pay nothing more. It is up to you whether you eat out, have the therapies or join in the day trips and there is no pressure either way.
Flight Information
These flights are based on UK flights to Preveza, Greece from Gatwick with easyJet but there are other choices on Skyscanner with Jet2 and British Airways.
There is a free return transfer offered from the airport to the villa and back if you book the flight times below.
Going Out
Easyjet flight EZY 8247 leaving Gatwick at 07.45. Arriving at Preveza airport 13.00
Coming Back
Easyjet flight EZY 8248 leaving Preveza at 13.40. Arriving at Gatwick airport 15.15
There is a leeway of 1 hour on either side of these times for different flight arrivals to join the transfer.
If your flight does not fit in with these times, taxis are available from the airport for around 50 euros one way.
