A four-week course created to offer simple and life-changing techniques and meditations to de-stress and bring about more happiness.
When you have the tools you need to deal with life's ups and downs, you have the ability to change your set ways of thinking and create more calm and enjoyment in everyday living.
This four-week course is full of activities, meditations and training to create an understanding of your own mind and how it works.
When we can see what is going on reactively in our mind, we can learn to become responsive. When we meditate and let the thoughts pass by without judgement, we can create new and better neural pathways in our brain.

Having recently completed the 8 week mindfulness course with Lindy, I have been amazed at the difference it has made in my life.
It has made me calmer, much less stressed, and more able to cope with life's challenges as they come along. I have become more disciplined at taking time for myself, really noticing how I am feeling, and then have been able to make better decisions about how to deal with difficulties and stresses.
It was occasionally difficult to find the time to practice each day, but it was so worthwhile making the effort, as it has boosted my mood and sense of wellbeing in ways I never expected.
