In this workshop you will learn how to tone down the overactive mind and enjoy the new year with positive habits, while leaving some not so helpful ones behind. 
Starting with gentle stretching to unbend the body we will follow on with a talk on mindfulness and a meditation to calm the brain. 
Then we will look at our daily habits.... 
What needs to change. What benefits us. What needs to go.

Lindy Vosper is a trained Pilates and Mindfulness teacher. She teaches online classes during the week and runs wellness retreats in Greece where she lives throughout the summer.
She works to facilitate positive change in peoples' lives by helping them to build self-awareness with the use of life-enhancing tools.
